Schwarzbrot contains no yeast,
artificial colours, flavours or preservatives

quantity of white crusty breads. Created
using a minimum of added ingredients with
the only additives being salt, improver,
and a very small amount of sugar (approximately
1% of total flour weight).
These are 'heavier' loaves,
particularly good for soups, garlic breads
and very filling sandwiches.
